1. Welcome

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SleepyLab website and the purchase of our products. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 SleepyLab is operated by SleepyLab LLC, a company established in the United States of America. Our mailing address is SleepyLab LLC, 123 SleepyLab Way, Los Angeles, CA 90001, USA. You can contact us at support@sleepylab.com.

1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase products from us.

2. Creating an Account

2.1 You may create a SleepyLab account to manage orders, view order history and save your details, or you may checkout as a guest.

2.2 You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate and up-to-date.

2.3 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, you must contact us immediately.

3. Guest Checkout

3.1 If you choose guest checkout, you must still provide accurate personal, delivery and payment information.

3.2 You are responsible for any activity carried out using the details you provide during guest checkout.

4. Placing Orders

4.1 Product descriptions, suggested use and other information on the website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

4.2 Before purchasing or using any SleepyLab product, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have an existing medical condition.

4.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old;

  • are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and

  • are ordering for delivery to a location we ship to, as listed on our website.

4.4 Your order is an offer to purchase products from SleepyLab. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

4.5 Once you place an order and payment is authorised, we will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send this confirmation.

4.6 If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

5.1 All prices displayed on the SleepyLab website are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required by law.

5.2 Shipping charges and any additional fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5.3 We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability at any time. Changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5.4 If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

5.5 Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 SleepyLab may offer recurring subscription options for certain products. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges to your selected payment method at the interval you choose (e.g. monthly).

6.2 Subscription discounts and pricing will be shown at the time you subscribe.

6.3 You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your SleepyLab account or by emailing support@sleepylab.com.

6.4 We may update subscription pricing. If we do, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We ship products within the United States of America and to additional regions listed on our website.

7.2 Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7.3 For orders shipped outside the USA, local customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

7.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address you provided.

8. Cancellations & Returns

8.1 You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and shipped by contacting support@sleepylab.com as soon as possible.

8.2 If your order has already been shipped, you may return unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law.

8.3 To initiate a return, contact support@sleepylab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

8.4 Unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

8.5 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned products. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are opened, used or not in resalable condition, except where required by law.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

9.1 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@sleepylab.com within 7 days of delivery.

9.2 We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Product & Health Disclaimer

10.1 SleepyLab products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

10.2 Statements on our website and packaging have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

10.3 Always follow the directions on the label. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

10.4 Consult your doctor or other qualified health professional before using any SleepyLab product, particularly if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;

  • take prescription or over-the-counter medication; or

  • have any medical condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleepyLab LLC will not be liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;

  • loss of profits, revenue, business or data; or

  • any losses arising from misuse of the products or failure to follow instructions.

11.3 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

12. Website Use

12.1 You may use the SleepyLab website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12.2 You agree not to:

  • copy or reproduce content from the site without permission;

  • use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the site;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;

  • upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; or

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose.

12.3 We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All trademarks, logos, product names, texts, graphics, images and other content on the SleepyLab website are owned by SleepyLab LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

13.2 You may not use any SleepyLab trademarks or content without our prior written consent.

14. Privacy

14.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the SleepyLab website.

14.2 By using the website or placing an order, you consent to such processing.

15. Suspension & Termination

15.1 We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the website if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

15.2 Upon termination, your right to use the website will cease immediately. Any rights or obligations that have accrued up to the date of termination will remain in effect.

16. Force Majeure

16.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics and power failures.

17. Changes to These Terms

17.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

17.2 Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

18.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
